Room was never cleaned prior to our arrival. Blankets didn’t smell clean. There was urine and feces on the toilet seat from previous guest. Floors were dirty. Razor in shower from previous guest.

Positives:
Not alot, After I unpacked all of my belongings as I was staying there 2 nights, I went to take a shower and the nozzle wasn't working Thank goodness my friend was handy and able to fix it so we didn't have to change rooms.
Negatives:
The decor was dated. The beds were uncomfortable and the linens felt scratchy. I had to go to the front desk to get a hairdryer. The staff was very helpful though and I appreciate them working on Christmas so I could work at a local nursing home

Close to things we wanted to see.
Negatives:
Had to wait about 10 minutes to find someone to check me in. We had the lock on door mess up and took a while to get it open electronic issue but it was freezing outside so wasn’t too comfortable but maintenance man put up in empty room until he got door open.
