Smoke detector missing... wires dangling from ceiling. Strong stench of cigarettes. I was offered another room after being awaken during the night concerning a room mixup, but i was too tired from a long nine hour drive to pack and change rooms.

- Elevator and hall smelled cigarette - There was overnight arguments and/or fighting to the room next to me on 3rd floor,I had to call the front desk but didnt seem to get better at all. - need improvement for breakfast,there was no meat at all.

This facility was by far the worst I have ever stayed in. Breakfast ended at 10am. I came down at 845am, no waffle mix was available but I did witness the cleaning crew get a little cup of waffle mix from somewhere and make here some right in front of everyone then once she was done she put up the whole machine to get it out of the way. There was a roach in our room. The curtain was off the track making it hard to close, the bed was sunk in the middle. I asked for late check out as soon as I checked in...the guy said no problem... well apparently, there was. On the day of check out well before 11, I had two knocks at the door, saying house keeping, then I received a phone call. I had to remind the guy that he was the one who said it wasn't an issue the day I checked in because be was going to be there the day I checked out. Do better, write this crap down...write down who asks for late check out and leave the guests alone. You push us out well before check out anyway... This was just a horrible experience

Wish I had known about proximity to the railroad. Freight trains 4x a night woke me up each night. Would never stay again.

The man at the front desk was very nice, I was able to check in early (you have to call ahead and confirm youre checking in early and its also an additional fee), I was able to get to my room fast. It was super clean and had a nice view.

The location was close for my purposes. The manager was very nice.

The property is in dire need of room
Renovation. The bathroom was adequate. The carpet was stained and discolored . The room had an awful smell of disinfectant or air freshener. I ran the fan in the bathroom all night to try and freshen the air. The air conditioner was filthy and looked like it had not ever been cleaned . The ceiling around the smoke detector needs repair . The entire room felt as it is needed a professional steam cleaning.I was here 2022 and the ice machine was not working and it was still not working a year later. I had friends also staying in the hotel and their room was also unpleasant.
