I loved the location. It was perfect for our mini beach trip. The staff were amazing and were right there whenever we needed something!

Loved the waterfront and path, gazebo etc. breakfast was great
Negatives:
Doors to beach were stuck, but got open. Rusted doors and 1st floor bedroom had handicapped bath that was in bad condition, caulking molded and half out around tub. Rm 113. I had to take it for emotional support dog. Dog park was wonderful!

Everything on our stay went well. Staff was polite and accommodating. Property was clean and well maintained despite being an older building. We didn't swim but pool was clear and not cloudy. Beach access was nice, and breakfast was good. Only thing that would have been an improvement would be a lower price, but we understand that it is peak season and demand for rooms is high. Have stayed there before and will likely again next time we go the outer banks.
