The property was so nasty, and there was prostitution going on in the room beside us. I asked for my money back and the man ( front desk manager) was so rude and disrespectful beyond belief. He assured me my money would go back on my card then when I got out to the car I looked at my bank statement and he had charged me another $30 for what idk so we ended up spending over $300 total for 1 night including all the deposits they require you to pay. And it was roach infested and you could see stains on mattress from bed begs. I DEFINITELY DO NOT recommend this motel to anyone. It was the worst experience I have ever had staying out of town.

There were cigarette burns in the covers and the ceiling in the bathroom was coming apart from the wall. My daughter didn't want to shower there because the shower looked nasty.

Absolutely a horrible experience from arrival to departure. Extremely unsanitary. Two things kept me there... the airline recommended you all .... it was too late to find another hotel. I called to complain. They said they must allow the hotel to respond. They never did. I would never invite a person into a hotel like that. I don't even know why I expected breakfast after seeing what was happening. We had to go pay at another restaurant because there was NO breakfast.

There was no breakfast. I have been requesting a full refund. They did not represent what they advertised. I was not the only person complaint about different things. It was Freezing no one came to adjust the air. The first room had a dirty tub. They sent me to another room in which the tub was dirty. I purchased baking soda and peroxide to clean it.
