Although we knew they were doing renovations to the lobby and dining area, the room should have been checked more thoroughly. The phone was dead, the fridge froze our fruit solid and the tv did not work upon arrival.

The pool broke on our 2nd day and wasn't fixed by the time we left, housekeeping was subpar. Not showing up until late evening and then not making the bed or wiping off surfaces, floors etc.
