Check in was easy. Hotel employee is friendly and helpful.

Someone parked their van outside of the front door during the time I was there, leaving nowhere to unload or load except the parking lot. The woman at the breakfast bar did not smile or make eye contact at all during the 3 mornings I ate there.

The room was clean and breakfast was okay. They were able to give us our request for joined rooms.
Negatives:
The pool that was advertised was closed. The pool had been a large reason for booking this hotel, and we had already paid through Booking for the room when we got there and found out the pool was closed. The kids had their bathing suits and pool toys and were incredibly disappointed. The staff were not very friendly either, but not mean.
