Air conditioner conditioner kept going on and off and made noise. Pink stain on wall behind toilet Wifi did not work. Motel did not supply glasses in room, only cardboard coffee cups. This Hampton Inn felt worn and down market

Needs drastic refurbishing - worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at what is happening you use to be so good? I have pictures of the water stains on the ceiling I can send and the smell of mold was disgusting, elevators broken.

Staff. Because one person in the reception said I can add 2 more days when I finish my reserved 2 days with same rate and then when I asked for Renew another lady told me oh sorry I can't then she did it but charge me the price of 3 days for just 2 days
