The staff were very hospitality. Especially Theresa and Rebecca from front desk.
The shuttle was very convenient, shuttles within 5 miles of hotel.
The Pool and Firepit were nice.
The rooms were nice and clean.
Negatives:
The restaurant on property was so disorganized .They are trying to cut cost so they have maintenance cooking the food for dinner,that sounds so unsanitary. Who knows what they were tending to before going to cook food.
Also breakfast they have absolutely no muffins or danishes. Never have I seen that.I work in the industry. Again cutting cost.I understand ordering from bakery could be costly but for the amount we pay for our stay this is not acceptable to be cutting on little things.
Start baking your own that is cheaper.
Also the pool table is so unbalanced it has cardboard under legs to try to balance it.Not working.
They really need to work on the bar and have more energy, music to attract the people.
The bartender was super sweet.They just need more to work with,like a more stalked bar.Also a cook so they can upsell food.

You have to pay $11 for parking. That's unbelievable. Why charge for parking when you charge 170 a night.
The front desk lady was rude when I asked for a menu, and questioned paying for parking. So rude.
Moldy shower curtain.
Water pressure in shower was so strong it hurts.
Pillows are terrible.
Overall the stay was overpriced and the hotel is overrated.
I had another booking for Sunday coming up and I cancelled it because it was so bad. I'd rather go somewhere else then back here again
