The little cabinet in my room where they keep the fridge and microwave had a terrible mildew smell. It was horrible. I left the cabinet open so that it could get some ventilation. 15 minutes into checking into my room, they came and changed out the door handles to utilize the scanned key cards system.
It was a lot of noise and really inconvenient considering that I was trying to relax. The WiFi did not connect in my room and I had to use my personal hotspot from my phone. I called the front desk to ask them to send maintenance but no one ever came. She stated that wifi only worked in some areas of the hotel and they were fixing it but I stayed 6 days and no change. No room service until the 4th day which I didn’t get. Breakfast was fine and the hotel has a nice layout. Bed was a little hard. Small tv and there weren’t many channels but it wasn’t too bad.

Entered room with pet after explicitly stating they would not. Did this to change locks without providing any notice. Then tried to claim didn't enter room as lock was changed from outside. Locks were switched in both back and front plate evidenced by the drywall/door debris all over interior carpet--also you always change both face plates when changing locks. Room was dirty and had recently been flooded evidenced by the paint that was bubbled everywhere, water stains, damp carpet and mold smell. Wasn't given a parking pass at check in noted others had said pass they seemed confused why we weren't provided one too.
