The outside looked nice.

The person who checked me in was rude. There was no prior notice that the pool was closed. The shape of the hotel was extremely confusing upon check in (what kind of hotel goes from room 230 something to 200 with the numbers closer to 230 being halfway across the hotel). There was what I hope was water damage on the ceiling. I was there for three nights and was never offered stay over service even though we were only given three towels. I have never slept on a more uncomfortable pillow.
