No laundry room for guests to wash their clothes! No indoor or outdoor pool and no restaurant in hotel!! Prices were ridiculously outrageous for the food items you offered at the customer service desk.

Location was good, new hotel, cleanliness, efficiency at check in, delightful shuttle back to the airport at 05:20.
Negatives:
You build a new facility and use 1980 air conditionner technology that cannot be turned off, windows don't open. Even with ear plugs, it was like sleeping beside a washing machine! Also the acoustic insulation for aircraft noise is inexistant.

Decor and room furnishings were subpar for any hotel, much less a Hilton Brand. Bright childlike signs in elevators and rooms instructing basic like where to hang your stuff. Electronic window coverings were broken in the blackout position made for a dark stay.
