The room was exceptional. Was my first time ever staying at this particular hotel I enjoyed it immensely. I will definitely recommend and stay again. The attendant was professional and very helpful and courteous.
Negatives:
The only draw back was the smell of cannabis. Thankfully it was not the room, just hallways. Unfortunately disrespectful adults that cannot follow the rules does exist, which is no fault of the hotels. Only thing to stop that is to put in smoke detectors

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They allowed us to check into the room at 9 AM, almost half a day before the check-in time. Thank you! The room had everything you might need for a more extended stay, though we only spent one night in Raleigh. The laundry room was very convenient, as well as close proximity to the Crabtree Mall.

I think the hotel was nice, comfortable and feasible.

I like how it was hidden away but close to all the main things we went to do
Negatives:
The elevator was old the door got stuck and the sign said it had not been check in over a year. Also the room are motion sensor with the air and heat. So if you left the room when you came back it was freezing when you went in took about 10 min to heat up. Not the way you want to be when you are coming in from the cold.

Was traveling with small dog, requested room on 1st floor which was given. Small but adequate place to walk dog, and baggies and disposal area provided. Room was clean and quiet and bed was comfortable. Ample parking. Location near a Mall.
