Someone banging on my door middle of night and they are asking if I showed my id at front desk. Then received call from front desk asking me to step down to front desk. I had my son with me and we didn’t get any sleep after that. In town for his ball tournament to get some extra sleep since we had early game and live 2 hrs away. Employee at front desk got our last names confused. I would like a full refund.

The staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate and assist in any way.
Negatives:
The toilet broke after 3rd use and because the facility was booked they didn’t have another room available. I was told that if I needed to use the bathroom I could use the one in the lobby. He also offered me a discount for the nights stay and apologized for the inconvenience. It was late Saturday night and I didn’t feel comfortable with that but, was willing to stay and wait for maintenance to fix the problem. However a very short time later I saw a roach crawling on the television stand! At that point I packed my things and checked out!

Breakfast good, sorry I don't know her name but a short, I think indian lady was the greatest, also the room cleaning lady Hispanic, I think her name is estela, not sure but she was also great, both smile and help guests at all times

Change your air conditioner in the room, also when you walk in the room, the closet shakes a little like is not level or something because i,m not so big to make 5he closet do that when I wall

This was our second stay there, and each time it has been a pleasure. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well appointed, and feel very fresh. We appreciated the regular size pillows, and the bed is quite comfortable.
Negatives:
I like the toiletries provided, but I found the holders interfered with dispensing the product. I completely understand why they are stored that way, but it was difficult to use the shower items. I also slid on the floor in the bathroom after stepping off the shower mat,so perhaps a rug or textured floor would be a plus.
