The property did not disclose about the remodeling construction until AFTER we paid- the noise was incredibly disturbing if you are trying to rest in day hours. Bed was a little uncomfortable for me but some others didn’t mind..

The front desk staff was amazing! Knowledgeable. Helpful. Great spirit. I don’t remember the name of the night woman that checked me in but she was amazing! Her energy alone makes me want to come back. She was very welcoming. The dove soap was everything!!!

This was a very nice hotel, easily located just off the interstate 40. The staff that I dealt with during our four nights stay were all very friendly and helpful. I had specially made a request for a room on as high a floor as possible, and was allocated exactly what I wanted. Thanks!

Unfortunately, one fairly minor problem we encountered was there was no plug mechanism in our rooms bathroom sink. We did report it to reception, but it didn't actually get fixed during our stay, which admittedly was two days over a weekend. Mildly inconvenient when trying to have a shave.
