I've stayed at this location before and the bed, shower and breakfast are always my favorite.

It was my birthday and I had a 7:30pm dinner reservation so I arrived at 5:45pm. The front desk clerk was no where to be found. I waited 5 minutes for her to come and the bartender tried to help by looking for her and she couldn't find her.I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for her to come back. She then gave me a room on the 1st floor stating the hotel was sold out only for the room to smell and have used cups on the counter and a dirty toilet. She told me that I could take a smaller room which contradicted her statement that the hotel was sold out. She did offer a discount that I accepted but after all of that I had to rush to get dressed and I was late for my reservation. I was fortunate that they understood and didn't give my table away. I was so disappointed not only because it was my birthday but I actually like staying at this location but I may have to stay elsewhere in the future.
