When I went to check in, the receptionist acted as if our room had already been filled and called someone to see the status of 2 other rooms, then disappeared. Another employee came to the front desk to check us in and tried charging my credit card even though I had already paid online. She told me my card was declined, but that's ok, I'm sure it went through. The smell of marijuana was awful. Everything was absolutely disgusting, filthy. They had flipped cushions on the couch and chair to hide stains, some looked like blood stains. Apparently, it's cool to party outside people's rooms at all hours of the night too. And, the exterior doors on the ground floor weren't even locked. People were coming and going in and out all night long. The Wi-Fi isn't secure and barely works.. There were exposed receptacles and the few we could find were so loose nothing would stay plugged into them. No hair dryer, even though it's in the description. The "contental breakfast was cold cereal, microwave biscuits, yogurt and waffles. Black dust blew out of the AC unit onto our bed. There is a pool, but no information on when it opens and when we asked, staff couldn't even tell us an exact date it was open. The coffee pot in the room barely worked.

Hotel was overall pretty disgusting. Elevator was missing a button so we couldn’t get to the 4th floor. Took the stairs and it smelled like urine. Hotel room wasn’t dirty but it smelled horrible and the carpet was soaking wet.

My room wasn’t touched by housekeeping even though a request was made! No new towels or toilet tissue was given. The housekeeping staff was rude and extremely sub par!! My key was deactivated on the second night and I got 9 new keys and non worked! Had to use the key to shimmy the lock to retrieve my personal belongings on Sunday. The side 2nd floor door lock to facility didn’t work, so any and everyone could just walk in without a key! After talking to housekeeping again they basically told me too bad! This was my first and last stay at this location!
