Not a thing just awful ended up leaving

Everything!! What a horrible experience. The front desk reception was rude and had no idea what she was doing. They gave our room to someone else, but charged my card. Gave us another room. We went up to find someone in our room. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

It was convenient for the location due to being near the mall and trails and local activities.
Negatives:
The rooms were not clean. The air conditioning unit did not work in our first room. The keys kept not working. The elevators were not working. The stairwell smelled like urine. No cleaning staff came to make the bed the following morning.

Location was great! Close to the mall and PNC Arena.
Negatives:
Cigarette and marijuana smell in the lobby and room although it was “non-smoking”. Being sensitive to smells due to asthma we were not able to stay. Entire property was dirty and run-down looking.
