One of the workers was very friendly, knowledgeable, and kind.

The property in itself does not look well maintained, one of the workers was very rude and condescending. The hotel rooms are infested with roaches and spiders. I don’t think that stuff actually clean the rooms after each check out.!

My family and I traveled over 6 hours for a funeral. When we arrived, it was about 10 PM and the lobby was closed! After I rang the bell a few times, the man came to the door and immediately told me they didn't have any rooms available and they were full. I explained our situation and was told that Booking.com overbooks and has no way of knowing if a hotel has availability. He wasn't compassionate or sympathetic, just matter-of-fact and went back inside. He didn't even have a suggestion for a different hotel. My husband, little boy and I were scrambling for another place to stay. I chose this hotel because of the kitchenette. I have a restricted diet and can only eat certain foods which makes travelling challenging to say the least. I'm very disappointed in this booking company, as well as the hotel!
