Cancellation Policy

Before Sunday, Jul 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, Jul 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jul 28, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time. Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. The grab-and-go breakfast served includes breakfast bars, muffins, hot cereal, coffee and tea only. A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment, cash is not accepted.
