Negatives: Everything was good

Negatives: Rooms were small, not very clean and they charged us a pet fee that we weren't aware of so our hypoallergenic dogs could sleep in the floor. Upon checking out we came downstairs to hear the manager talking to a staff member in a terrible manner just berating him for not doing his job well enough. When I said something aboutbit being inappropriate to speak to someone in that manner she responded by saying how would I like to have to tell someone 5 times a day to do their job properly. I said no matter what the situation that should be done in the office not in front of guests. The manager just continued to yell over me as I told her I was going to report her and told me she didn't care. Just a terrible stay..

Negatives: The tv remote was a little hard to use. Would have been helpful if there was a list of channels available.

Negatives: dirty carpet on stairs

Negatives: Staff ( desk clerks) no one was ever at the desk . In Oder to get help at the desk you had to call the phone and wait for someone to to come to the desk

Negatives: Because of our positive experience, we stayed in a micotel in Winston Salem, NC and it was horrible. I would be happy to fill out a survey for that place bc as management you might want to know how bad it was.

Negatives: The room could use a little upgrading.

Negatives: I traveled all my life, and this was the worst experience ever. We walked into a pre-book disability room with the lights on, the TV on, and the bed messed up. This was around 9:00 at night. The desk said they forgot to clean the room. I had to stay in an alternate room that did not meet our requirements. I had to move the following day after the original room was cleaned. Keep in mind this is only a two-night stay. On the first night, two vehicles with men outside our window were drinking and talking about moving weed from state to state. One of the cars was from Georgia, and one was from Connecticut. I reported to the front desk at 11:30 pm, and they finally stopped at 1.15 am. If something is not done about the way this facility is operated, someone one sooner than later is going to get hurt. They should not even advertise that breakfast is available. Cleanliness should be 0 out of 10. Travelers should beware. Stay away. By the way, the WiFi was bad, and the TV did not work correctly because we had the lobby remote (DUH)!
