The room was overall clean, although the corners of the shower could stand closer attention and some scrubbing in my opinion. I did appreciate and take advantage of the hot cocoa bar and the night time cookies that were available!
Negatives:
I definitely did not appreciate or enjoy the absence of hot water the morning of my departure. A cold shower was not what I was anticipating or expecting at all.
