The location was perfect to be able to walk to Live Oak music venue. Customer service was excellent too! Breakfast was a nice added bonus.

It is an older hotel, so it does have a bit of an old scent to the room. Not unbearable and wasnt a deal breaker. Id stay here again. But there was no microwave in the room. Again. Not a deal break, just something we could have utilized.
