Where do I start? There was a $50 deposite in case of damages but when I went to the room, there was all kinds of issues. Outlets out of the wall with wires exposed, tape hold appliances together, shower was not working, no wash clothes, some lights did not work, roaches crawling around the floor, and a customer before me left the hotel completely because her room was switched because of issues and still was not satisfied with her room. I guess I should have taken the hint. This hotel showed a 4.5 rating but I do not see how with all these issues with the rooms. Not safe for kids!

We saw a roach in the sink our first night. We saw a mouse run under the fridge. There was a used towel hanging in the bathroom, only sheets on the bed, air conditioner constantly leaked water on the floor. We had to use towels and rags to keep water from going everywhere (from air conditioner),holes punched in the bathroom door like someone had a fist fight with it. There was a drawer just missing from the clothes dresser. There was a huge burn mark on counter…… too many negatives.

I booked a Non Smoking room because me and my son has asthma and when we got to the property the only room they had left for us was a smoking room!!!
I booked way in advance to make sure I had the room that we needed!!!
It was very late when we arrived and had no choice but to sleep in a room that smelled like an ashtray, which is very bad for our health, we only stayed in the room a couple hours and then left and ended up driving back home (3 hours away) because they couldn’t get us into a different room!!!
I will not return to that facility or recommend it to anyone!!!

Very short when I booked...
Positives:
The hotel reception offer cofee for free but no breakfest is available.
Acomodations are OK. They have free park and it is not far from the center and is around 15 minutes from Wrightsville Beach.
Negatives:
The pool is small and was closed for maitenance during our stay.
