Not very much comes to mind other than it might be more pleasant to relocate the smoking area from the front door to a place a bit further away. It doesn't bother me but I noticed it bothered some elderly who seemed to be capable of having respiratory problems. I know these things are always a challenge though.

Positives:
I was traveling with my friend and our kids. I booked while on the road. I was so tired I booked the wrong day. Front desk staff was so nice and helpful he fixed the booking to accommodate us for the night so we could rest before getting back in the road.
Negatives:
The pool closes at 12pm so kids went down at 11:45 and got to jump in but then they had to get out because they close the pool at 12pm. Didn’t make sense to me but everything else was really good.

Smelt like smoke as soon as you walk in. Roaches crawling around room! Room seemed as if it wasn't even cleaned throughly. Random cup was found on side of bed once I checked in probably been there for awhile

AC were not on when we arrived in room and the one in the bedroom had leaked water puddles in the bedroom. We called them and they had us to get towels and clean up . Although the AC started up in the bedroom it would shut off and on all night , but the one in the living room was fine. They ended up giving us a discount for our inconvenience and apologized.
