Location (close to family), outdoor pool (pool floats, kick boards included), sitting area around pool with grill, firelace and tv, 24 hour tea, coffee, etc., water provided at check in, breakfast (good variety) and 11 check out a plus. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. A welcome text is sent as well. The decor of the hotel was nice.
Negatives:
I'm thinking...the towel hook broke in the bathroom. Reported it in the welcome text, and they offered to come fix it, I declined. So,
