Room 116HC dirty, shower grout black in places, tile at base falling out, large plaster patches that looks like white mold at room entry.

Nothing did I like. pillow stuffed in regular size pillow case to look and feel super hard and very uncomfortable. Horrid exercise and rest assured I will never stay at a Wyndham property again!

I was wondering why going in and out of our handicap room you had to bring the handle up. I felt that this was unsafe. In an emergency your first thing you’re going to do is push the handle down. The rug in the hallway is a trip hazard. The back door B never shut completely. I had to slam it shut. A safety issue.

There was black mold In the tub. Door handle on bathroom door was loose. Toilet seat was loose. No fridge I. Room like it said. The cover on the air conditioner was loose coming apart, holes, hook in the wall above the bed were a picture must of been. A whole drawer missing out of the drawer. Mold/milddew on ceiling tiles In the hall, went to eat breakfast, the cook was wiping his nose and didn’t wash hands and went into cooking putt food which grossed me out so I didn’t eat it. Then the cook came out to the dining room and put his feet up on a table while people are eating In there. We were out till later so I didn’t see all this at first or would if asked for another room but when I checked in I asked for ground floor room due to medical issue and they said it’s the last room left on ground floor and they have no elevator. I told the front desk person about this and said I really feel I should get some kind of discount. Especially due to the mold. She said she’d tell the general mgr but haven’t heard back.

By accident discovered, after sleeping on the bed, that someone prior had pooped on the side and partial top edge.
Also black mildew growing on edge of bathtub next wall!
Needless to say, we will not stop on return trip or ever again!

We could not open the safe, the janitors ignored us and almost hit my mother in the head with the end of her mop stick, the kitchen ran out of a lot of food, the bathroom walls had mold, and the window was pretty disgusting.

Small, felt yucky, staff clearly didn’t care and wasn’t friendly. The prep was clearly unprepared. 2 people registered, 1 coffee packet, 4 shampoos provided but no lotion or conditioner. 1/2 The lights didn’t work. The AC worked 1/2 the time but it was pretty hot in the room. The tv was moved and wet sticky looking substance covered the area-so gross. The staff was unfriendly at check in…was irritated when we asked a question. In the morning, my partner showed staff the Apple juice that came out like water. The staff was condescending and didn’t care to check it/see why. It made us not feel comfortable eating their breakfast due to the conditions and attitude. We didn’t want to get sick. The lot had broken down vehicles in it too. It was just an unpleasant stay.
