The location was great and the staff were all so nice.
Negatives:
We did have to move rooms due to some cleanliness issues but once we moved rooms everything was much better. Lots of holes in bathroom doors, bathroom door to the first room wouldn’t even close. Bathroom in the second room didn’t have a working fan so condensation lived in everything all day.

Nothing. Walked in the door no no lights other then the one over the sink. No wash rags only one hand towel that was thin and ragged. You could tell they only were in it for the money.

The location was close to our family’s home, restaurants and shopping.
Negatives:
The first room we were given wasn’t clean and we had to have the front desk employee open the door as it was stuck. The second room was better, but we always wore our shoes as the floors were dirty. No hair dryer. No amenities. Other guests hang out in the parking lot at night. We believe they were probably working at the refineries from out of town. Hotel seemed to be full every night. Pool looks like it has been closed for years. Traffic was loud. Could hear the person in the next room get up to go to the bathroom during the night. I wouldn’t have felt safe if traveling alone.

There was no breakfast.
The water was hot and the water pressure was good. The sink seemed new. Otherwise, this was a poor hotel.

Super small. Floors dirty. Felt like it was taken over by a bunch of squatters-people outside the rooms-everyone smoking-couldn’t open windows or else the room would smell like smoke. Pool was in the picture on the website, but it was drained and looked out of service for a long time. Door had a hard time closing and looked like it had been beaten in. Sharpie marker above door inside scribbled ‘Baby boss.’ Probably won’t stay at another motel 6. Bad experience here, and a bad experience at the last one we tried in SeaTac. Would gladly pay $20 more for anywhere else in the future.

Positives:
The staff were very friendly and the manager was professional in his conduct which was greatly appreciated.
Negatives:
The room smelled like cigarettes and drugs, the floors were sticky, there were bugs on the floor and beetles crawling around on the floor, and by the door. I simply put my bags back in my car, showed the hotel attendant the condition of the room, he called the manager and acknowledged the problem. The manager offered to refund the full amount and provided his contact information to follow up with.
