Walk in shower wasnt slopped correctly and filled the bathroom with water. Not enough towels and complimentary waters but no fridge to put them in.

Very good selection of items on the restaurant menu. Bed comfortable, but room temperature was hard to adjust. Lots of noisy traffic late at night.
Negatives:
Rooms are small, and "accessible" simply means you can get a wheelchair into the shower area (i.e., toilet was too low, door hardly opened wide enough for wheelchair). NO fridge and microwave in original room, so had to change rooms. Parking garage was EXTREMELY difficult for mid-sized car to maneuver in (spaces too small, ramps too narrow), and trucks are allowed to park so that their trailer hitches make getting by them difficult.

The location was great. We were very close to the hospital where my mother was so didnt have to travel far to get there.
Negatives:
The beds were extremely hard and the rooms were really small. Everything seemed outdated except the lobby and the restraunt areas. Parking is also kind of a hassle. Will not stay here again.

I didnt like the fact when my wife and I got our room key. It was to someone elses room. So we walked in on them. Not knowing the room was occupied! Also when we went back to the lobby. The staff just looked at us. As if we were making up the fact that we just walked in on someone else. Then when they gave us a different room key. The new room 424. Was attached to another room. The door was wide open and people were in the other room that was attached. So we didnt feel safe leaving anything in our room. So it was a constant thing of having to run back to the parking garage from the hospital. Rather then the room that I was paying for. I was very disappointed.
