Positives:
Loved the two bedroom suite. Granted this is a place that some people live at for longer term but it still has the hotel feel. The best continental breakfasts weve seen at a hotel since pre COVID. The pool area was amazing as well.
Negatives:
The couch cushions were totally shot. You sank right down and then struggled to get up. Also the south side door by the pool has an uneven sidewalk and the door swings open to the right instead of left. My mother fell and twisted her ankle bad.

Not much - we were the only ones in the pool and that was nice.
Negatives:
Front desk staff was very rude, staff never picked up the phone, no extra bedding, the furniture in the room was looking very worn - ripped fabric on chairs etc. The water feature for kiddie pool wasnt working and neither was the phone in the pool area. No allergen info available at breakfast and staff cleaned up before 9:30 - very rushed feeling. Wont be staying here again.

The hotel is very clean, l well maintained. The outdoor area is very nice and comfortable. The rooms are big and spacious. The pool are is great.
Negatives:
They did not have any towels in the morning and the particular staff could really careless about it. They have a room that sleeps 6 with 2 sets of towels in it. Unacceptable!
