Given the wrong check in time. Our room wasnt ready until almost 5 toilet paper n body wash werent in the room stains on the floor elevator is sketchy pre charged my card even tho I paid extra for no prepayment

Was told check in was at 3 couldn’t check in u til after 4pm then got into our room our bed was not made at all sheets were on the stand in the bedroom and our door wouldn’t open with the keys had to have someone manually open the door for us after a few keys were remade

Nice room but we probably wont stay there again

The front desk receptionist was nice,but.The room was filthy with crumbs and debris all over the floor. The toilet was dirty. There was no extra soap in the shower and the WHOLE shower curtain was missing the room smelled like wet dog. It was disgusting
