First of all the clerk was very uninviting. Then when I did get to my room, the door was unlocked and not close. The room could have used a deeper cleaning as well. The worst part was I went to use the jacuzzi in the room and when I went to shut it off and drain it, the button got stuck. I called the lobby and explained the situation and let them know water was getting everywhere. We tried everything to calm it down and we ended up having drain it and allow the water to splash the entire room until the water was low enough where the jets weren’t shooting water everywhere. This process took about 20 minutes. No one ever made it up to the room. I used every towel possible to attempt to dry up the water as best as I can. After that, I decided to just leave after being there for only about 4-5 hours. Then when I went to turn in the key card, the clerk was standing outside talking with another person, laughing and smoking a cigarette. When he noticed the key card being returned, his only words to my boyfriend were “Oh, checking out?” He took the card and went right back to his conversation. If I could rate it - stars I would. Worst experience
