Positives:
Everyone kept to themselves and we're friendly if you ran into them. The front desk staff were kind and courteous when towels or new linens were required. The access was secured by key card entry so that added a little more sense of security
Negatives:
I had requested to move rooms and the manager snapped at me for not bringing my situation up to the night staff, I was lacking in a good night's rest because of the upstairs tenant moving furniture across the floor from 2am-4am I think they also had a large dog that dragged its chain on the ground. With being on the bottom floor with a child and a window that hardly locked securely added to my anxiety and restlessness. The evenings could get a little activity that was questionable with doors continuously opening and closing all hours.
We never had anyone come in to clean or stock toiletries, I purchased my own cleaning supplies and cleaned the cat litter that was still in the corners or the room along with the a/c wall unit that was filthy and moldy. there was not a coffee maker or a seating chair other than the table and plastic kitchen chairs, a seating or business area with a printer or computer would have been a decent perk because having to purchase individual WiFi was not expected. the laundry facilities were always in use and had an odor of cat urine. $3 to wash was ok but $3 to dry was a bit steep.

Positives:
Great location. Competitive price. Full refrigerator, electric stove top, full sized microwave. The beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
The lobby and elevator smelled of "cat ammonia". The shower head had black mold on it. The bathroom sink drained slowly.

It was clean at all smelled like cat pee I had to buy a bunch of air freshener to cover the smell I would have went somewhere else but everything was booked up I'm not very happy at all I left smelling like the cats

The friendliness of the staff, other guest and location convenience for nearby stores.

The only thing really is the water pressure for the shower and the amount of time it takes to heat up since were on the forth floor.

Guests seem friendly and kept to themselves. Noone running around and and being loud late at night. Ive over slept and staff was understanding and gave me time to wake up and check out.

Parking lot is totaled with pot holes. Rooms were not completely clean old bars of soap left on top of shower. Dried, nasty stuff hidden under trash can, not moved or mopped. Under bed had old qtips under it
