I showered and within 5 mins the hot water was gone. Completely. The toilet ran every time we flushed it. We had to keep going back in and jiggling the handle. The person that checked us in left and put a sign out that said they'd be right back. That same sign was still there the next day when we went to check out. There was no room key drop box.

Arrived at hotel around 8:30pm, Walked into hotel and welcome desk/window was closed with one of those lowering silver gates. Sign on counter said staff was assisting another guest and would return shortly. Entrance area to hotel was the size of a small room, and there was a bowl of CONDOMS sitting on a table next to the window. I waited there for about 10mins with my husband and kids until I noticed a sign on the wall behind us that stated the lobby closed at 8pm with a number attached to call if assistance was needed. So I called the number, the guy who answered came to the window rather quickly but when he asked for my name and info I asked him to see the room. I have NEVER been in a hotel where they just had condoms sitting out in the lobby and that spoke volumes to me that this place probably isn’t family friendly. The guy hesitated but allowed my husband to go see the room, my husband states they had to turn the lights on in the room 3times before they actually stayed on, he looked at the room and decided we were not staying. We are traveling sport’s parents so we travel/stay at hotels often and can spot a bad location rather quickly and would rather take a loss of money then have our kid in a unsafe/dirty hotel.
