Negatives: No one was there to welcome us, we didn’t even go in. Customer service were not helping at all, refused to give us a refund!! It wasn’t until hours later after we left and booked somewhere else, we were contacted and gotten a refund from the hotel manager in the morning. Such a bad experience, I’ve never experienced such.

Negatives: The carpet throughout the entire hotel was soiled and very dated, it needs to be replaced and the suites need updating. It was not clean and that was very disappointing. It would be a nice place to stay if they invested in the appearance. We did not even stay for the duration we had planned.
