Positives: The location served its purpose while traveling.
Negatives: The staff was extremely rude , particularly one staff member, Mataya Carter, who verbally attacked my wife while having breakfast. Customer service does not exist at this hotel. The pool was filthy, and way too much chlorine could barely stand in the pool room. As an honors member, we also were never offered free water upon check-in. Hampton inn had gone down hill.

Positives: The breakfast was wonderful & the staff wad so nice. The room was just perfect even the temperature. Unfortunately I had an emergency at home and checked a day early the staff was very accommodating to my needs. This Hampton was clean, nice rooms, great location just off the interstate. Everything was just wonderful.
