I’ll start with everything was great only thing wrong is house keeping needs to do better on the rooms and there rooms be checked before guest entry to stay are room wash dusty ,blood stain on pillowcases,hair in the shower,empty soap bottles in the shower that are for guest to use, and mattress had brown stains
Other then what seems to be someone not caring to do there job to rooms

The fact that Luigi's was right in front of the hotel was an added plus for sure.
Front desk was very helpful.
My son and I were displaced from another hotel but were quickly and easily rebooked at the Courtyard Marriot.
Negatives:
My only concern was that I had booked a double queen room at another hotel and was displaced due to overbooking. When my son and I arrived we received a king bed instead of a double queen.
But it was not a big deal at all.
