The front desk was very unhelpful. The bill total changed from when I originally booked the hotel online and it put a freeze on my credit card so it got denied when I tried to use it for the incidental. The front desk was not helpful at all during this situation. They just stared at me while I tried to figure it out. After I finally got it to work using my debit card (which I did not want to use) she just handed me our room key and gave no information about Wi-Fi, breakfast, or even where the elevator was located. It was very uncomfortable.
On our way up to the room, there was someone vomiting down the hallway from our room which was very unsettling.
The room was decent but the mattress was very uncomfortable.

Positives:
The woman at front desk was very helpful in securing me a quiet room for my very reactive dog. The room was well equipped, and very spacious and comfy. The location is great, with lots of shops, restaurants, and a close by hike to the gorgeous Brandywine Falls.
Negatives:
The room smelled funky, like old cigarette stank. I had to air out all of my clothes when I got to my final destination.
