The facility lost water and we were not informed until we called the front desk. We were given different times the issue was going to be resolved. We ended up cutting our stay short because we couldn?t bathe or use the bathroom. The issue lasted awhile.

I loved the way the room was set up with two separate areas for kitchen/living and bedroom/bath. And two tvs. It was so perfect for the whole family.

My only irritation was that the shampoo was out in the bathroom. I didn't realize until I was soaking wet. I also would have like more than 2 towels for 5 family members, but I didn't ask for more, so I can't really complain.

When we arrived, there was someone in our room. Front desk clerk was nice but oblivious to what was going on. We had to change rooms(not the one we reserved but didnt have to pay anything more).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the grounds had plenty of space to walk my dog. The Wednesday reception was also excellent. Would stay here again in the future if I end up back in Akron.

Comminication between booking.com and hotel was awful. According to front desk clerk, pre-payment was never sent to the hotel by Booking.com. Charged by Booking and charged by hotel. Still awaiting refund from booking.
