The gentleman working the desk the evening of Friday 9/13/24, I believe it was Mr. Patel, was exceptionally friendly and helpful during our short stay. The woman working the morning of 9/14/24 was also extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are nice and comfortable, saw staff cleaning common areas multiple times. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was nice. The lady at the front desk was very sweet

It seemed like everything was out of order. Elevator. Vending. Ice. Hot tub.
Our room needed a major renovation to the floor and walls.
The a/c was off when we walked in. It was so hot that it took it about 3 hours to really get close to comfortable.
Toilet paper holder was broken. No floor mat provided for outside of the shower.
Not a big deal, pretty trivial, but the battery cover was missing off the back of the remote.
I think for $170 for 1 night... things should have been a little better here.

The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. Great Breakfast staff. The king size bed was comfy.
Negatives:
Elevator wasn't working. However, they did give us a room on the bottom floor. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner....I mentioned it to staff. They ran out of regular coffee on the second morning at breakfast.
