Negatives:
The breakfast area is currently closed for renovations which should be done soon. Breakfast was offered in a conference room down the hall, and was advertised as 0630-0930 daily. Got there at 0900 and very little left of omelets and scrambled eggs. Creamers nearly depleted. I understand this is a change for the staff too, but someone should insure that guests who are not there by earlier in the morning should still have a full choice.

Construction. Dirty hallways and blocked stairwells. No front desk and cramped breakfast area. Noisy neighbors in other rooms. Key card only worked half the time and required re-coding. No available bottled water. No housekeeping service.

Under construction which they never reveal prior to your arrival. I have kids so I choose hotels based on whether they have a pool or not. Th pool was closed du to construction on the entire first floor. Huge bummer for us and actually would have been a deal breaker had I known!
