The location and the price was much cheaper than Holiday Inn Express. That should have been my first clue, see below.

The property is old. Stains on the doors and walls and in the bathtub. The sheets were clean bed lump. The property could use a good paint job and maybe some newer matress.

Also got some sort of sore on my face from sleeping on dirty sheets!! Will never stay here again!!

What could have been better; EVERYTHING! First, we paid the $20 per room to check in 2 hours early and got our rooms. They put us on the second floor, although I requested the ground floor since we had our dog with us. There is no working elevator. There was no working power outlets except for the one at the sink for the hair dryer. None of the outlets in both rooms with the lamps worked! We had to charge our phones at the sink in both rooms! The towels looked dirty in both rooms so we had to ask for new ones. The bath tub/shower and bathroom looked to be 50 years old; but the shower worked okay. One refrigerator worked and the other did not. Both microwaves were filthy! Both rooms could have used a serious deep cleaning of the carpet and the one easy chair; which none of used because of them looking and smelling dirty. Both rooms had somekind of odor which we knew was just from them not being totally clean. At least the beds were okay; but they only provided four small pillows for each King bed; no large/normal size pillows. THe light over the sink/counter at the bathroom for our children's room did not work. I asked them to fix it twice and they never did for both days we stayed there - totally unacceptable! I did request a room change about 3 hours after we arrived; but they could not accomodate us; so we just sucked it up for two days since we were out and about for the majority of our time there. Also, the worst selection for a free breakfast I have ever seen!!! Take this hotel off of Booking.com!!! Do not recommend this property!

When I arrived to check in I had to wait several minutes to be fully waited on. The front desk had taken a phone call that took up time. The female behind the desk tried to assist me to get checked in but they were more inclined to assist the caller.
