I booked this hotel because it was just me and my infant the first night. Online it said the doors needed your key cards to enter so I felt safer. When I went down one night the security front door was propped open (had been during the day as well) and the back door leading to the parking lot was also propped open, completely. That was open several times too. The staff was ever seen with a cigarette in her mouth in this “no smoking” hotel.

Good location near the freeway. Great price.
Negatives:
Room smelled like smoke and the kitchen area looked “well used”. It has the slowest elevator on the planet. The wait for its arrival and then it took forever for the doors to close. The parking lot was tight if you have a larger vehicle or a trailer. Guest check in location was unclear. Hotel had a vibe that there may be some more permanent residents. Can’t confirm, but it felt like it.

The staff were very accommodating and nice . The rooms were clean.
Negatives:
Room keys did not work, had to call staff to open room, numerous times. Double charged for room, but remedied. Bed was new, but stiff and not comfortable.

Price wise gave me one price and then when I got there, it was a whole total different price. The lady in a PM was not very nice person the lady in the morning she was a younger girl with red hair. She was excellent.

It says they could give customers a little bit more help I get paid on Friday the 24th. I asked him if I paid for Sunday and Monday if I could pay for Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday and Friday when I got paid the lady was not so nice and just rude
