Positives:
The staff were very accommodating and nice . The rooms were clean.
Negatives:
Room keys did not work, had to call staff to open room, numerous times. Double charged for room, but remedied. Bed was new, but stiff and not comfortable.

Price wise gave me one price and then when I got there, it was a whole total different price. The lady in a PM was not very nice person the lady in the morning she was a younger girl with red hair. She was excellent.

It says they could give customers a little bit more help I get paid on Friday the 24th. I asked him if I paid for Sunday and Monday if I could pay for Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday and Friday when I got paid the lady was not so nice and just rude

I thought my final booking price was $93.99 when I arrived at the hotel, my room was not ready, so, they assigned me a different room. When I was ready to check out the next day, my bill was $127.04 my original confirmation # was 3700.848.825 Why the difference?

It was a place to sleep for the night.
Negatives:
The bed: I pulled the covers back and found small pieces of human hair and a bunch at the foot of the bed. The bathroom: had gold glitter on the floor. Across the hallway they had two dogs that were barking at 11:30pm and when I left at 7:30am.
Positives:
There were no decorations on the wall not even a mirror. Walls were dirty around the stove and in the bathroom as well as the bathroom shelf. There were also roach traps under the sink and beside the refrigerator with dead roaches in them! Yes there was a stove and refrigerator but there was absolutely no silverware or cups except for the plastic kind. Also no coffee pot nor was there coffee served down in the lobby or a breakfast. The place always wreaked of marijuana and because they allowed pets, we witnessed a puppy urinating in the hallway floor just outside the elevator. The only thing good I have to say is the floors appeared clean and so did our sheets! We had a very helpful janitor get us more towels but we had to ask for more towels in more toilet paper. They don't provide shampoo or conditioner either. Only one bar of soap to wash your body and your dirty hands at a sink. Needless to say we had to make a trip to Walmart to get supplies we needed.
