The staff. The supervisor and some of the staff were extremely rude. It was my daughter’s birthday. I know parties are not allowed so I just had family come and sing happy birthday in the room. I had 5 children in the pool which 4 of them were mine. We were kicked out. Said I couldn’t have all those kids in the pool

Not secure! I could go in and out through the courtyard without a room key.
Food offerings were slim. Only two kinds of wings and fries for dinner. Next morning I ordered a plant-based breakfast sandwich and it was prepared without the tomato and spinach. Wrapped and sealed that way, without explanation. When I asked about it, they said, oh, we don’t have them. The truck hasn’t come yet.
Barmaid was unfriendly until we softened her up. Took some doing.
