AC did not work very well. Bath tub faucet did not work, only shower head worked. Breakfast was disappointing. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to make an omelet. Fresh Fruit was not very fresh.

Woke up at 4:30 am to a Bed bug crawling next to me.my husband and I literally grabbed our things and had to drive home at 5:00 am. Ruined our date night. Hotel was not compassionate at all. It seems like they know there is an issue but it doesnt bother

The room had not been cleaned. There was hair in the bed, on the toilet, toiletries weee missing and the HVac cover was partially off. The pool was closed, the main area was moldy, and the breakfast was cold with no milk available

Cleanliness, timeliness of bringing out breakfast food. Breakfast is supposed to start at 6:30am , they dont even have coffee at made till 7am
