Staff was rude when I didn't understand something. The room had a broken handle to the bathroom. It didn't seem clean & updated. The whole facility was rundown, not very clean. Our group has been staying there for close to 20 years every summer & we won't be back.

We didn’t stay there because of the unsatisfactory reviews concerning the mold and uncleanliness. We had non refundable rooms and the hotel cancelled our reservations and was not going to charge us but Booking would only accept that in writing from the hotel so don’t know if we will be charged for it or not. No communication from either.

Front desk staff never look up or greet you when you enter the lobby, even I they are not serving another guest.

The whole staff was extremely friendly. Had a small issue, and the manager was very understanding and went above his means to help us. The issue does not stop us from staying again. I love the one on one contact the GM made w/ the guests. I'm truly pleased. However, the rooms could be a little more updated, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.
