Positives:
Good location right off the freeway. The room was spacious and having a full kitchen was a nice bonus so I could heat some food for dinner. The breakfast offered cereal, waffles, a bowl and breakfast sandwiches. The Wifi is good for what I need. I didn't use the pool or gym but they looked great. There's plenty of parking.
Negatives:
My room was at the far end of the building, close to the freeway. There was a lot of traffic noise. I slept well, but if traffic noise bothers you, ask for a room near the entrance end of the building.

Comfortable stay in convenient location
Positives:
Great location, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
Some things were confusing. When I checked in they registered my credit card for”incidentals”. I went to the desk for some laundry detergent and was told”It’s two dollars”. I gave her two dollars cash, which she accepted. The next time I tried to get detergent I gave him two dollars but he said”we don’t take cash” so I said put it on the room. He said I couldn’t do that because I had booked through Booking.com. Very confusing!
One morning there was no bread or pastries at breakfast. I was told “The truck didn’t come”. Strange!

The staff was great! Vi was very helpful. We were able to check in earlier than planned.
Negatives:
We had a complaint about noise. My grandson was running a little, but I can’t believe it was that loud to warrant a complaint. We have heard far worse over the years of staying overnight in hotels.

The hallways smelled bad. I had ripped towels in the bathroom, there were crumbs everywhere on the floors in my roo. and there were stains all over the curtain divider. Won't be booking again bc of this.
