Positives: Very nice lobby. Very nice staff.

Negatives: Elevator was janky. Only 1 of them worked. It was very congested when the cleaning crew was also trying to use it. Shower had low water pressure. The fan didn't work in the bathroom.

Positives: We were in town for college orientation and liked that it was close to the university. I also felt very safe in that area. We were given a room next to the elevators and I surprised that it was actually quiet. Room was clean.

Negatives: The trash outside the entrance was overflowing when we arrived at 9pm and was still over when we left at 8 am the next day. The "restaurant" situation was confusing. Thought breakfast was included in the price of the room. Perhaps my fault for not reading the fine print. We were short on time in the morning and ordered the buffet. Thought we would serve ourselves, instead the waitress just brought us our meals in to-go containers. It also didn't seem like the buffet was accessible in the usual way other hotels are set up.
