Positives:
The breakfast was tasty as usual. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful--. The room was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
The hotel is terribly out of date. 2 out of 3 elevators weren't working. Fountains no longer working. Only 3 pillows on the bed. Of all the Embassy Suites I've stayed at (and I usually choose ES) this was by far the most dated and least attractive of all

Room not updated - chipped paint. One elevator out.The door on my room required an extra push/pull to make sure it latched. Housekeeping did not do this properly, so when I came back from work one evening, my door pushed open without a key. Concerned.

a comfortable suite a good breakfast the maintenance staff reacted quickly to a bathroom tub issue

The desk staff person was unwelcoming and brusk at check-in. They also seemed to congregate at the desk with loud conversation.

I asked for a room with a raised toilet to accommodate my mom because she had surgery but no one got back with me. Then I thought I'd you got a suite you would get the complimentary snacks but they told me that you had to be a gold member. It wasn't like that before. But it's not the same there anymore.

Monday morning breakfast options were limited and we didnt have made to order breakfast available on Monday. There were not enough lights in the room, and we had to keep moving one of the table lamps back and forth from the bedroom and living room
