Smart ass blonde assistant manager,plus they had roaches the vending machines and laundry cost way to much and they keep a trash bin inside the building which is why they were big roaches

The inside needs some work. Furniture is dirty, carpet in halls smelled, the hair dryer made crackling noise when tried to use it, the sheets and white bed topper both had yellow stains. I feel they need more house cleaners or ones that will take pride in their work.

The front desk associate was very helpful and apologetic given our experience and provided a full refund.

Unfortunately, we cancelled our reservation after less than 10 minutes in our room due to bugs. Not bedbugs, not cockroaches, but it was something we couldn't ignore. I expected dated accommodations for the price, not dead and alive bugs.
